Operational Cost Benchmarking
Operational cost benchmarking is a property owner’s and manager’s tool for monitoring and optimising operational costs. The service provides detailed information about realised annual operational costs and consumption of heating energy, electricity and water as well as on carbon emissions. The service is based on 13 cost items in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Ordinance (Government Decree 1753/2015).
